All personal data provided by users who access the site's telematic services are processed in compliance with the provisions of the law (Article 11 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003) and are used for the sole purpose of using the service itself and not are communicated to third parties, unless the communication is required by law or regulations or is strictly necessary for the performance of the service.

4.1 Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the teiga.it site sends to the user's devices, via the browser, where they are stored before being re-transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data are processed directly by TEIGA srls in Italy, however excluding the transfer of the data to other entities or persons in third countries.

6. Rights and preferences: user choice and control

The user, according to the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR" (General Data Protection Regulation), has certain rights in relation to his personal data. To the extent available and with the exception of the provisions of the law in force, the rights granted are the following:
